The prosecution case was filed by Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Justice on November 07, 2021 against two Federal High Court Judges & other seven individuals. The four criminal cases filed against them are related with the violation of Ethiopian Criminal Law Art. 32 (1) (a), (b) and 33; Corruption Crimes Proclamation No. 881/2015 Art. 9 (1) (a) and (2) as well as in violation of the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering & Financing of Terrorism Proclamation No. 780/2013 Art. 29 (1) (a).
